Axel, Athena, and Zero are our quality control. If we wouldn't put it on them, it's not in our store.

What breeds are your products designed for? We focus on large and extra-large breeds — German Shepherds, Golden Retrievers, Huskies, Labradors, Rottweilers, and mixes of all of the above. If your dog is 50lbs or over, you're in the right place. Most of our products also work beautifully for overweight dogs of any size, because Athena taught us that matters too.

Where do you ship? We ship anywhere in the continental United States. All orders ship from US-based warehouses — no waiting three weeks for a package coming from overseas.

How long does shipping take? Most orders arrive within 5-8 business days. You'll get a tracking number as soon as your order ships so you can follow it the whole way.

Do you offer free shipping? Yes — free shipping on all orders over $50. Orders under $50 ship for a flat $4.99.

What is your return policy? Hassle-free 30 days. If your dog doesn't love it or it doesn't hold up, email us at support@thethreehounds.com and we'll make it right. No hoops, no runaround. We understand dog products get used — that's kind of the point — so just reach out and we'll work something out.

How do I know which size to order? Every product listing has a size guide based on your dog's weight and length. General rule for large breeds — always size up. If your dog is between sizes, go bigger. Dogs like Athena appreciate the extra room.

What is Zero's New Beginnings Bundle? It's a complete starter kit for rescue dogs — everything they need on day one. A bed, collar, leash, and a toy. Ten percent of every bundle goes directly to rescue shelters. It's our way of giving back to the places that save dogs like Zero every single day.

Are your products safe for dogs with joint issues? Yes — Athena's Line was built specifically with joint health in mind. Our orthopaedic beds use memory foam designed to relieve pressure on hips and elbows. Our harnesses are padded to avoid strain on heavier dogs. If your dog has mobility issues, is overweight, or is getting older, Athena's Line was made for them.
